Welcome to the
KAREN BEESON GALLERY

empty emptyaren Beeson has had a passion for all animals, especially horses, since childhood. She is a self-taught finishwork artist working in oils, acrylics, prismacolor, pastels and inks. Karen also creates photorealistic miniature scale native Arabian horse costumes and dabbles in sculpture.

Karen's live horse experience includes many years of horse showing, combined training, and driving. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science from the University of Illinois.

Karen is an advocate of lifelong learning and sees her two main roles in the hobby as fostering artistic excellence in herself and in others, and continuing the tradition of the development of hobby-related benefit events for live animals in need.
