This is a prancing Boehm Percheron Stallion It has the Boehm Studiomark Number 201 and was produced from 1951 through 1959 when it was discontinued. There were 100 made of this glazed, decorated Dapple Gray with pink and blue ribbon in its braided tail and mane. It measures approximately 12" long x 9 1/4" high. One of the Boehm Percheron Stallion pieces was purchased by the Metropolitan Museum of Art in January 1951. Photos by Dave.
