Welcome to the ELAINE LINDELEF GALLERY

laine Lindelef has been in the hobby for many years, quietly customizing some of our hobby's most exsquisite hunter ponies and beautifully customized horses. Her mane and tail braidwork is absolutely unriveled and must be seen in person to be truly appreciated. Her attention to detail is amazing; the Quarter Horse below, Cash For Gold, won the Sarah Minkiewicz Customizer's Challenge Class at the 1995 Western Regional Congress in Las Vegas and left Sarah so mesmerized that she couldn't adequately express her admiration for Elaine's excellent customizing in all regards--conformation, workmanship, painting and presence. Elaine uses oils and colored pencils to create the look she wants; the resulting models possess rich, glowing colors that show depth and extreme realism--right down to the delicately pencilled-in roan hairs and flea-bit flecking.

Below are most of the models that Elaine has created; each is a masterpiece in its own right!* The hobby at large wishes that she had time to create more models, but as an equally talented full-time aerospace engineer, it's understandable that she's too busy to concentrate on customizing as much as she would like!
