HARD TO CATCH, CUTTING HORSE

Traditional scale foundation stock cutting horse sculpted by Paige Patty and produced in a very limited edition of 14 pieces in 1996 by the Plaster Factory.  Nine pieces of the edition were painted by the sculpting artist (only 7 of which survive), the other copies were sold as raw unfinished castings. This particular piece was customized to a red dun appaloosa owned by Peggy Harris of Red Oak Ranch.
