Armstrong's
Kachina
Bay blanketed Appaloosa mare customized from the
Breyer Stablemate Citation and owned by Kara Klynn
This lady is obviously one of my first, but I had fun doing her
at the time! She sports a tiny braided mane and tail and a shaded
mahogany bay coat with haloed spots on her rumpus. Even with her
conformational faults, she was still a winning Stablemate!
Armstrong's Calo-Quasar
Bay blanketed Appaloosa stallion customized from
the Breyer Classic Quarter Horse Stallion
This is one of my oldest models, but he has a neat Appaloosa pattern
and is among my sentamental favorites. I've come a long way from
wood-dough tail bones and harsh shading! Check out that goofy
tail!
Hexentanz
Bay blanketed Appaloosa stallion customized from
the Breyer Traditional Trakehner by Bonnie Robb; white markings
added by Janet Piercy
I bought this horse at the 1993 Western Regional Congress, and
when I got home I suddenly thought how super he would look as
an Appaloosa Sport Horse! He's now owned by Gail Berg.
