Known as "Cloud", #266. Image provided by Breyer. Named Cloud because the large resist blotches look like puffy clouds clearly. Cloud was released in 1995-1996 with the ribbon. It's hard to see from this picture but his face is supposed to be bald - this one doesn't have pink hooves either - if you look really closely, this one has a fair amount of wear and tear.
