She also began creating her own tack and props for photo and live showing. Most of her tack is inspired by the patterns and projects supplied by Rio Rondo as well as Susan Bensema Young's Guide to Making Model Horse Tack. Corrie's props are made from her own patterns created by using real horse jumps and props as a guide.
Her favorite breed of horses to collect and paint are stock horses, although she is open to discovering many different breeds and colors.
