Note, this list was original generated by those listed in the next paragraph for the WRC (Western Regional Congress) and SCC (South Coast Classic) shows of the 1990s. This list is meant to only be a guide. Check with your show hostess, show packet, and/or judge to determine which breed goes where.

ARABIAN HALTER
- All purebred Arabian strains (desert included) recognized by the Arabian Horse Registries.
- All partbred Arabians of extreme Arabian type, including non-gaiting National Show Horses.
NOTE: The Shagya Arabian, although of Arabian ancestry, is not of type and should show in Sporthorse Halter.
GAITED HALTER
