Springsnow
Dapple grey Arabian mare, customized from the Hagen Renaker Zara; created 2008. Tom desribes this piece: Named as she has a winters blizzard feel to her, just before the Spring thaw starts to bring new life to the frozen land. Look at all the layers of milky white and detailed dappling this lass has. She is quite the head turner, I think. Her base color has several variations, including a smidge of browns and creams, which mingle so nicely with the white detailing.

Safia
Dapple grey Arabian mare, customized from the Brigette Eberl Prouschka resin; created 2009. Tom describes this piece: Safia is a light dapple rose grey, loaded with detail and too many fun things for the camera to pick up. Her color ranges from rose tones to near black and the whole rainbow inbetween. Dapples galore in various shapes, sizes and intensity. Her eyes show tons of expression and I have given her blackened "show ring" feet for some added glamour. She is a real "MSTA" kind of lass.

Ferzahra
Dapple grey Arabian mare, customized from the Brigitte Eberl resin Galina; created 2007. Tom describes this piece: She is named because she reminds me of those classic Gainey-bred mares. Probably Ferzon bred, don't you think? According to her freezebrand, she is a 1972 model so she certainly has some older bloodlines. I painted her up into a classic dapple grey with some light fleabiting. Her dappling is quite lovely with alot of the more subtle "craziness" not visible in the photos, but trust me it is there. Both positive dappling and some faint frame dappling really give her a nice effect. I went from light to dark, back to light, then back to dark and finished with another few touchs of light in her coloring which gives her oodles of depth and variety. All the details you'de expect as well, including that nifty freezemarking on her neck, visible since her mane is flowing in the breeze.

Farasha
Dapple grey Arabian mare, customized from the Brigitte Eberl resin Galina; created 2007. Tom describes this piece: I painted her up into a classic dapple grey with some slight metallic brown tones and light fleabiting. Her dappling is quite lovely with alot of the more subtle "craziness" not visible in the photos, but trust me it is there. I went from dark to light, back to dark, then back to light and finished her with another few more touchs in her coloring which gives her oodles of depth and variety. All the details you would expect, finished off with delicate white markings.

Oksana
Dapple grey Arabian mare, customized from the Stacey Tumlinson Gizelle resin; created 2007. Tom desribes this piece: I just couldn't help painting this lovely lass into a classic Arabian dapple grey with fleabites and I am very pleased with the end results. Many layers of colors were used for a very delicate shade - ranging from a tawny umber faintly coming thru to her darkest points. Dapples of various shapes, size and depth really give her a realistic look. Fine fleabites that are also added in layers are the icing on the cake.

Rapturesque
Dark dapple grey Arabian mare, customized from the Stacey Tumlinson Gizelle resin; created 2007. Tom desribes this piece: I just couldn't help painting this lovely lass into a dapple grey, this time far more dark and mysterious than my other Gizelle painted. Many layers of colors were used for a very delicate shade - ranging from a tawny umber, transparent smokes, a pinch of brown and many colors inbetween. Dapples of various shapes, size and depth really give her a realistic look. She is a sabino too; with more than her share of leg and facial chrome. I tried to give her more of the showring polished look with glossed hooves that had been sanded if she were a real horse, etc. This young lass was foaled a dark, smokey black color and is just beginning her greying process. 

Aria
Dapple grey Arabian mare, customized from the Breyer Classic Arabian Mare; created 2008. Tom desribes this piece: I painted this timeless beauty into a medium dark dapple grey that ranges from lighter on forehand to darker on her hindquarters. I think the color suits the sculpture well and would depict a mare that is relatively young in age. Layers of dapples and all around detail.

Dapple rose grey Arabian mare, customized from the Morgen Kilbourn Iaret resin; created 2010. Tom desribes this piece: I painted this young lass into a bay going grey (rosegrey) with layers of coloring and dappling.  Photos do her no justice, many of her more subtle colorations and detailing did not get caught in the photo. She is a sassy young Arabian mare loaded with detail and accuracy only Morgen can achieve. Classic scale, you will adore her attitude and charisma!
