Lipizanner in mulberry
Tamarind, a Lippizaner from the spares page in 2007 who was described as a 'shaded silver grey Lippi with a chocolate mane and tail' (ok, so not perfect mulberry grey but I think he's gorgeous anyway!)
I show him as a Lusitano and itÊis well known in the Julip world that he has an ego the size of a planet! Image and information provided by Christine Sutcliffe.
Lipizanner Mare in chestnut sabino
Next up is Kestral a chestnut sabino Lippi mare, also from the spares page but in 2008. Since the new painters started in 2008 we've been seeing more and more unusual colours on the spares page and Kestral is one of them. Up until then, the one off's markings were usually limited to a couple of socks, so having such variety is wonderful! Images and information provided by Christine Sutcliffe.
