TIMOTEO

"Timoteo" was a collaboration by Sommer Prosser and Rebecca Turner. After the stunning collaboration of "Justin Tyme" between the two artists, they decided to team up again, with Rebecca modifying the long sold out 1997 "Timothy" resin. This limited edition was designed to be a special treat for Sommer's Yahoo Group members, and it was planned to be a very affordable release to be sold unpainted to folks in Sommer's group to celebrate the ten year anniversary of her first limited edition resin release.

Unfortunately, the design of the tail placed between the legs caused serious problems with the mold, and every single copy had to go through extensive resculpting before they could be painted. Because of this extra four to six hours of resculpting work per casting, very few copies have been released to date, due to Sommer's limited time schedule.

A small number of "Timoteo" resins were released around Christmas of 2007 to Sommer's Yahoo Group members. While the edition is not technically "sold out" it is doubtful that that the full edition will ever be produced, due to the extensive amount of time to ready each copy for sale.

"Timoteo" copies in photos shown here were also painted by Sommer Prosser.
