Taken from the brochure: Stallions USA,* Inc. produced an exquisite collection of fine porcelain model horses beautifully hand-decorated and represented one-twelfth size scale. These treasures are brought to life with authentic color and breathtaking detail.
This company is now out of business. It seems it was not in business very long. When it started, it had one sculptor, Nancy Weimer Belden. Later on, there was another sculptor added. Then, she reworked each resin til it was perfect. When she got it to that point, it was sent to the Phillippines where it was cast in fine porcelain. Although the brochures give the address of the company as Wayne, NJ, the bottom of the box says the horses are cast in fine porcelain in the Phillippines. Nancy says they were also painted at the casting company.
The horses that Nancy sculpted are:

The rest of the horses were done by the other sculptor, The pamphlets and Certificate of Authenticity included with some figurines reveal the name of the second sculptor for this company as being William R. Burford, who presumably sculpted all figurines not attributed to Nancy Weimer Belden. They were:
Thanks to Melodie Dowell for her research of the company and scanning in the company brochure. And Tiffany Tran who also provided information.
