After your Live Show

Sigh. So, you've made it through the show. Congratulations!

First, take a breath. You've probably expended a lot of emotional and physical energy in the running of the show. So don't forget to get a great meal, a nice shower/bath (whichever your pleasure), and a good night's sleep -- in whatever order you have the energy for. ;-)

Next, you need get a second (or third) wind as there are a few things more that need to be done now that you've caught your breath.

• Thank you's to judges, donors and sponsors (some can be pre-done and included in an individual's show packet)
• Thank you to all showers and participants via email, chat groups, show web site, etc.
• Count raffle and auction proceeds
• Deposit raffle and auction proceeds
• Write and send checks out for final payments (venue, caterer, etc.) as well as checks to consigners/artists of auction items.
• Complete the show results, sending them via mail, email, on online
• Analyze the feedback surveys from showers, vendors, etc.

And start planning for the next show.
