Live Show Program

The program should include a lot of information that showers may need at the show, as well as additional handouts. Copies of the program should given to all attendees and provided to non-attending sponsors and available for proxy showers.

When putting together the show program, set a deadline (perhaps a week before the show) to allow time for putting things together and printing.

Items that may be included in the show program may include:

• Safety and other important venue information
• Description of charity/beneficiary
• Sponsor information
• Vendor information, perhaps including map of layout
• List of show participants
• Map of show hall, area (including identification of local restaurants, etc.)
• Class list, rules
• Auction lot listing

Additional handouts may include:

• Auction bidding card
• Prepaid raffle tickets
• Feedback survey
• Name tag(s)
• Handouts of neat freebies, theme items
